Health Buck Bonus Focus Services Employees can obtain their own individual health plan and then turn in their receipt and Focus will reimburse up to 65% of the premium. This is called the health buck bonus. The caps are $225 for an employee, $425 for employee +1 and $625 for family. A few links you can look for a plan is ehealthinsurance.com or einsurance.com. The employee must be employed at least three months and the receipts need to be turned into Chris Hislop at chris.hislop@focusservics.com
Dental and Vision Focus Offers a very competitive dental and vision program. Employees are eligible the first of the month after 30 days. Or during open enrollment which is in December. More information can be found on the intranet or ask your director for more information.
EAP Focus offers free professional counseling to all employees and employee’s immediate families. It does not matter what the issue may be, it can range from depression, substance abuse, martial issues, or financial issues. For more information contact Chris Hislop at chris.hislop@focusservices.com
Volunteer Assistance Programs Focus has established a volunteer assistance program that allows our employees to earn $1.00 an hour for every hour worked to go toward a service oriented trip. There are many people who would like to serve others but may not have the means to do so. This program helps our employees achieve that goal. Examples of such trips can be through schools, church or humanitarian organizations. The cap on this is $2400. All trips need to be approved by HR.
Tuition Reimbursement Focus offers a very competitive tuition reimbursement program. We will honor any accredited institution. It does not matter what the field of study is that our employees are taking. For full time students with a g,p,a, of 3.0 to 3.59 the reimburse will is $788, fulltime students with a g,p,a, of 3.60 and above the reimbursement will be $1103. Part time students will be reimbursed on a prorated basis. All employees must work a minimum of 20 hours a week and be employed within the first five weeks of the semester.

Positions are posted in our internal system called FAST. We encourage all of our employees to apply for management roles to move up in the company.
