Director of Operations

Primary Purpose

This person is responsible for the overall management, productivity/performance, quality, and employee development of the site they are assigned to. This candidate must provide leadership, direction, and support to other managers, team leaders, coaches, and agents.

Major Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing of sales goals
  • Develops and monitors sales quotas
  • Develops forecast plans to meet all service volume quotas
  • Develops forecast plans to meet hour requirements
  • Monitor and coach supervisors on performance
  • Interacts with clients
  • Ad Hoc assignments as per Regional Director
  • Ad Hoc assignments as per Chief Operating Officer
  • Attendance to all conference calls and meetings as requested

Required Education, Systems, Experience, and Specific Job Related Skills

Education: College Degree in related field preferred, High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required

Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Experience/ Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of modern business and customer communications, including grammar, sentence structure, and style
  • Knowledge of organizational strategy and priority management
  • Skill to use a computer at high efficiency. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in preferred. The ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Experience in managing others is preferred
  • Experience with public speaking is preferred.
