<p>Honesty and loyalty. When it comes to work, it&#8217;s giving your whole self to what ever you are doing.</p>

<p>Chalmer- I learned to be more specific and clear in providing the necessary information to customers no matter how irate they are.</p>

<p>Christian- I once failed in being honest as being a call center agent, the nature of this job at times pushes us to not be honest with the truths.</p>
<p>Glaiza- Yes, most of the time. But for me, so be it! Let it happened. Everything happens for a reason.</p>

<p>Anton- Manage time to avoid conflict and if it does happen unexpectedly, I&#8217;ll deal with it.</p>
<p>Mechelle- You have to set priority. You need to weigh things first because you&#8217;ll not be productive. There is no way that you  can serve two Masters at the same time.</p>

<p>Sharon &#8211; I feel bad because i did not provide the highest level of service. I ask assistance to someone who is knowledgeable enough on that certain issue.</p>

<li>I learned that in an account as legal like this, there are metrics and laws that one needs to abide to. &#8211; It is like watching your back all the time since we can&#8217;t afford to get wrong or make mistakes.</li>
<li>The nature of the work also demands a control of attitude. &#8211; I am not a patient person but with billing you have to learn to be one even though it stuck up in your gut</li>
<li>I have learned how to handle the call, instead of the customer will handle me.</li>
<li>Old campaign is better compare to the present</li>
<li>Last month was so strict in Term Policy.</li>
<li>A lot like changing of password is my responsibility because before it was the supervisor/ manager</li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Knowledge of Qwest systems</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Knowledge of modern business and customer communications, including grammar, sentence structure, and style</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Knowledge of organizational strategy and priority management</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Skill to use a computer at high efficiency. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in preferred. The ability to type 25 wpm.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Experience in managing others is preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Experience with public speaking is preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Strong motivational skills</span></li>
