Focus Services Appoints Scott Bell As Chief Operation Officer

Roy, Utah, September 27th, 2017 (eReleases) – Focus Services, a leading provider of third-party contact center services, announced that Scott Bell has joined the executive team as chief operating officer. The news comes one week after the company’s announcement of their expansion into Europe. The contact center provider is continuing to broaden its leadership team in preparation for its next wave of market success and further anticipated growth.

Scott brings with him over 20 years of BPO leadership experience with international operations experience throughout the US and in Europe, Asia, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America. In his previous assignment, he was Vice President and General Manager over a large contact center in Mexico City, with additional responsibilities in The Philippines and in the US. As a BPO leader with ACS, Xerox, and Qualfon, Scott has consistently been able to help grow business, improve KPIs and client satisfaction by leveraging best practices.

As a promoter of humanitarian causes, Scott is an active volunteer in his community and has participated in disaster and humanitarian relief with the United Way of America. Scott has a degree in Business Administration and is currently completing his MBA. He is also an Eagle Scout and speaks Spanish.
