Human Resource Assistant Job

Location: Roy Utah
Pay: $9-11
Hours: Full Time

This position is to establish a strategic Human Resource presence on the call floors in Utah. This person will be reporting directly to the HR Director. This person will represent HR and help improve the agent experience and work diligently to improve employee retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategically establish a strong HR function in on the call floors
  • Work closely with the Ops Director and HR Director on employee retention
  • Help improve Daily Survey Scores
  • Consistently and Strategically conduct Focus Groups
  • Conduct Trainings
  • Help with UI and help with increase the winning percentage
  • Manage reports
  • Help with Drug Testing
  • Establish programs to improve attrition and agent experience
  • Ad Hoc assignments may be given at any time
  • Work closely with Director of Human Resources to improve agent experience
  • Identify gaps with attrition through analysis of data.
  • Help improve attrition
  • Manage maintenance workers
  • Help improve performance and quality
  • Plus any other task requested by the Director of Human Resources

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

General Candidate Experience:

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of modern business and customer communications, including grammar, sentence structure, and style
  • Knowledge of organizational strategy and priority management
  • Skill to use a computer at high efficiency. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and
  • owerPoint in preferred. The ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Experience in managing others is preferred
  • Experience with public speaking is required.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Skill to communicate effectively with employees
  • Ability to handle a high stress environment

  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and conflicts
