Focus Direct Names New President

Focus Direct, Inc., a subsidiary of Focus Services, LLC, has named Paul R. Liljenquist as President. Liljenquist is responsible for all aspects of Focus Direct’s operations, including expanding current lines of business in the direct response and customer care sectors of the business services industry. Liljenquist will report to John Porter, Chief Executive Officer of Focus Services, and will continue in his current role of Director of Sales & Marketing for Focus Services for the immediate future.

Focus Services is a privately owned call center service provider based out of Utah, specializing in multi-product telesales and customer relationship management. Focus Services has just under 1,500 employees working in nine facilities, both domestically and internationally.

Liljenquist joined the Focus Services team in 2008 and has extensive experience in many aspects of customer relationship management. Liljenquist has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Prior to Focus Services, Liljenquist worked for DealerSocket where he served as National Accounts Manager and for Yao Yang Enterprises as National Sales Manager.

    As a former employee, I found that focuses philosophies were not mere words, rather they were the principles lived at focus. Had I not been forced into medical retirement, I would still be working rhere today, Thnk you for giving me th oportunity to have worked for such an honorable company at the ROY site.
