To the families of Lydia Silva,
I was completely shocked and saddened by the loss of Lydia and others. I worked with Lydia during my time with APAC Customer Services. She had amazing work ethic and was always the smile who greeted you when you came into the center. Her picture posted to the web site shows exactly what and how she will be remembered (Happy and full of joy). My prayers are with all the families and may GOD keep you strong and bless you all in these tough times.

To All The families,

Cody's team,
I wish I could be there to comfort you. I didn't even find out about Cody's death until a few days ago. I want to say that a recent death may cause one to consider what happens after life. I can tell you simply that there is a day coming when we are all going to die, and if you do not know where your going to be, you ought to get it taken care of. In truth, there's only two options, heaven and hell. Do you know where you would be? I'm not going to preach to you, but if you have questions, drop me an e-mail and cortana04@comcast.net. This isn't a matter to hold off on. God is real, and he is a perfect and just God. He loves you, but heaven is only for those who repent and turn from their sin. I urge you to consider your ways, and be sure of where you're going.

Cody,
Though I haven't met this guy nor talked to him even in calibration calls, i know he was a good person and a great leader in his team. the day before the incident he sent me an email that he's going to Guatemala, never thought that it would be his first and last email, and he was very happy to do such good deeds. That only shows his a very good person both in and outside the office. Many were deeply saddened by the incident but somehow we know that he never regretted going there for a very good and humanitarian cause. We never got the chance to work side by side but your humor, warm smile, dedication and the way you lift the morale of the team and the campaign is enough to tell that you are a great leader and that will continue to live in our hearts. We are so proud to know such a good man and a great leader...

Cody, Lydia, Jeff and John,
We were grieved to hear about the incident that happened. Please accept our sincere condolences. On behalf of the team please accept our deepest sympathy.We will greatly missed them all Though we haven't met or worked with some of these wonderful people We know that they were a great friend, mentors,colleagues, co-workers, employees and great people. We will surely miss them all. We are fortunate to have gotten to know them. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with them and to their families.

It was the saddest day for us when we heard about the news. Even though i don't know you personally but i always admire you as a good team coach. You're always standing up for your team during calibration. Oh boy we miss that voice every time we monitor. May You Rest in Peace Cody.
