To ensure that Focus employees meet the highest standards, job candidates are subject to drug testing and a criminal background check. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment.To help employees maintain a healthy lifestyle, we offer voluntary wellness programs, along with rewards and incentives. All of our plans include the predictability of an annual deductible, security of an out-of-pocket maximum and coverage for eligible medical services, such as doctor’s office visits, specialist care or a hospital stay, as well as a prescription drug plan.
Paid Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off, with the rate of accrual based on the employee’s tenure at Focus. Use your time off to hit the slopes in Utah, tip cows in the Mid-West, surf in Nicaragua, explore 9 3/4 platform in Europe, and play soccier in the Philippines.
